Our Website Design Process

Once the initial deposit is paid and your project is book, this is the 5 step process we use to seamlessly get your website live.

Phase 1: Getting Started

Once your project is booked with a contract signed and initial deposit you will receive access to your client portal with a website guidebook to get started on creating and gathering content for your website. Project kickoff call is then scheduled to begin design.

Phase 2: Initial Design & Review

After the project kickoff call, the website design begins! We will get started on creating the development site is initial design and layout. You will then receive a website walkthrough and we will review the initial design before finalizing the rest of the website.

Phase 3: Final Design & Optimize

The final website pages are created and designed. We will go through a final review process and test out forms to make sure your website is running smoothly. We we then get started on launching your website.

Phase 4: Launch & Celebrate

Your new website goes live and time to celebrate and share with the world! Following the project, you will receive follow up support and bonus launch graphics to share your website. You can also choose to join a care plan to keep your website secure and up-to-date moving forward.
